othing exciting never happened; ever. He was getting kind of sick of it. Maybe it was because he just wasn't the party boy that everyone else in the city was. Maybe it was because he wasn't as social - and he was way too childish. But he needed something to spice up his life. None of his best friends where ever really around anymore. He wasn't getting any sleep, and he wasn't eating that much and he was in a desperate need of a haircut. He licked his paper thin lips, making a smacking sound. It was the weekend, and a brand new day and he still had absolutely nothing to do. He actually had no idea what his plans for the day where. He crawled out of bed, opening up the refrigerator and seeing that last night he had drank all of the Arizona ice tea. Cooper was a boy that was pretty much full of energy - but lately the life had just been drained out of him. Maybe the lack of sleep was from the amount of caffeine he consumed before trying to doze off, but he refused to blame it on that. He decided it was just because he was in desperate need of more of a social life, and that he could do better then this, and his body was punishing him for being such a failure at that. With that odd thought in mind, he started to get ready as fast as he possibly could. Basically, he was just itching for some attention. And he couldn't wait too much longer or he might just explode from being deprived of it for to long. He was a nice kid, and it defiantly wasn't hard for him to talk to strangers, which is why it was just so odd for him to be in these types of situations.

Most of the time when put in these kinds of situations where he was going to go out and talk to some strangers that he was going to assume where around his age and whatnot, he would dress to impress. But today he was feeling under the weather - and things were defiantly not normal. In fact, you might just consider him a drug addict or violently ill by his looks today. He took a shower - trying to freshen up. When he got to the mirror he wrapped a towel around his waist. He still looked insanely pale, but that was nothing new at all. He defiantly looked less greasy, but, the bags under his eyes still gave him that creepy kind of look. He popped his contacts in, and changed into a band t-shirt, some skinny jeans that he found lying around on his floor, and his most comfortable sweatshirt he owned. Picking his phone up off the table, he slipped on some vans, opened up the door and started to walk. He was just sick of the house - it was kind of a weird and crazy move to just leave the house looking not top notch and not know where your going. He pulled out his iphone, dialing and texting a few people. Nobody was home, or everyone was sleeping and had a hangover from the night before. Well, that was it, he was defiantly in alone on this one and he was defiantly going to have to take a chance and talk to some strangers today.
It's not like this was anything new. He always had been good at stirring up conversations, especially with people he doesn't know. Being a curious kiddo, questions about people that he knew nothing about came quite natural, and he usually ends up playing a game of 'would you rather' and getting a good laugh with them. So it wasn't like he was afraid or anything. Just as stated before, he wasn't on top of his game today, and he was a bit unsure if he was going to come off on people the way he would want to. Mr. Cooper Elvis Brooks was a perfectionist, he knew that. He took after his grandfather a whole bunch by that, being the only one in his entire family that got passed down that trait. If he could have things where going to go his way, he would always come off as the perfect kid, and not one bit of fear or worry would come through his body, and of course it would always be sunny so he wouldn't come down with stupid colds. Things weren't perfect, he was defiantly well aware with that by the amount of worries that check themselves in and out of his head every single day. Peace would never exist - it was just a sign that people would throw up to take there myspace pictures and say they support it but then go start fights over a boy. World hunger would never be solved - there are so many girls that have eating disorders that would starve themselves before contributing to solve world hunger.
Continuing to walk along, he looked at the signs all around him. The cold was starting to get to him and toy with his mind. November really did suck, he would rather just skip it and move on to December. If it was going to be cold; let there be at least get some snow and a good holiday. At this point, Coops was fed up. So looking at the nearest building, some aquarium, he strolled right in. After he paid his 13 dollar admission fee and continued to walk, he was led through a gift shop and then right back outside to the exhibits. Letting out his laugh at a failed attempt to escape the cold, he shook his head. He wasn't going to go request his money back, because it was his own fault that he was stupid enough to not think about this before he entered. It was probably just because he was so desperate to get away from this horrid weather. He quickly came down with a plan as he made his way over to the sea lion exhibit. He would find somebody to talk to that was around his age, and get his mind off of the cold. Then maybe they could figure out some way to escape the cold completely together. Because - somewhere there either had to be another indoor place inside this aquarium or somebody could just lead him to another destination outside the New York Aquarium.
